quiet luxury friendly service
My premier king room had very good bedsheets. I found the lighting pleasant in the bathroom. The location is fantastic near ferries and many restaurants. Breakfast at the Seaport Cafe worked well for me.

immaculate hotel premier room pleasant staff good bedsheets
the hotel is immaculate. my premier king room was well-designed. thoughtful amenities were available. staff handled my late departure request kinda. the fast breakfast counter worked great for me. the bedsheets were very good. lighting in every nook and bathroom was pleasant. i found the location near ferries convenient.

the room included a cordless phone charger. i found a nice view from the room. the staff was very friendly (they even offered extra towels).

The gym features numerous machines. I counted four treadmills. the room included a mini-fridge. the staff at the front desk were very helpful during check-in.
the tv did not allow connecting to netflix. i could not cast from my device to the tv. the bar area could use updating.

musty bed linens faulty plug
The shower lacked water pressure, likely due to the 18th-floor location. This was unacceptable. The bed linens smelled musty, raising questions about cleanliness. One of the bathroom plugs didn't work. This was also disappointing.

clean room fluffy towels comfortable robes incorrect room missing reservation dinner event
the room was very nice and neat. there were big fluffy towels and robes available. curtains closed nicely for sleeping past sunrise.
i booked and paid for a room. i arrived to incorrect rooms and missing reservations. it caused me to be late for our dinner event.
